1. Who we are

This website is run by Optilink, Lebanon, trading as Taotus (Ministry of Finance registration no. 4062718). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Optilink trading as Taotus. “You” means the business or person using the website.

2. What this website is for

This website explains our sourcing services and lets you prepare and send a brief (an RFQ). It is intended for business-to-business use.

3. A brief is an enquiry, not an order

Sending a brief does not create a contract and does not commit either side. A contract exists only when we give you a written quotation and you accept it. Each quotation sets out its own scope, price, payment terms and delivery terms, and those apply to that order.

4. What you send us

Please make sure the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. Do not send anything unlawful or anything confidential that belongs to someone else. We may decline to respond to any brief.

5. Information on this website

The descriptions on this website are general. They are not a promise of availability, price or delivery time, and they do not certify any supplier or product. Those details are confirmed in your quotation.

6. Our content

The text, design and code of this website belong to us. The Optilink name and logo belong to Optilink. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

How we handle the details you send is explained in the Privacy notice, which you can open from the footer of the home page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
